Again, youre missing the point Im making here. Both of them are excellent at faceoffs and play right wing. Lets take Strome for example. On faceoffs he can line up on wing and let Pavelski take the draws, then Pavelski goes over to the right side. Pretty simple.

I get what you are saying, I just never been a fan of the whole this guy is the center, but this guy takes the draws strategy. If I'm getting Pavs, I'm playing him at center. Such a trade probably costs you Chytil in the package anyway.

So Burns?

Reilly Smith. Burns cost too much and for too long

Smith probably wouldn't cost that much either, but I don't think SJ would ask for a ton for Burns. That's just my opinion. They are also out of the playoff picture ATM with the other teams having games in hand. They are a fast sinking ship

If Chytl is not playing center and is a LW- he is a spare part. I would make that trade for a Pavs rental but play him at 3C - still need a RW (Smith or Kessel) If kessel- I would move Kakko back to the breadline and play hot dog guy with Zib and Kreider -

LMAO. If we could get Pavelski for Chytil its a steal. However, I highly doubt thats the case. Pavelski would likely cost us a 1st round pick, which is fine by me.

I dont know why it bothers you that we have a faceoff specialist who can line up at wing? Are you the one out there on the ice? Does it matter if it works?

Obviously were far from the deadline and Dallas still has a shot to make the playoffs, so theyd have to be far far out of it for them to consider. I think we have a closer shot at Giroux considering the meltdown going on in Philly.

I would rather have Giroux and sign him if they could figure out a way to do that

I guess in the defensive zone, doesn't matter as much because you are skating up ice anyway, but for a few seconds, you got 2 guys out of position.

I know they wouldn't trade Chytil straight up for Pavs, but you know he'd be a part of any trade. Probably be Chytil/Kravs/and a pick or like Chytil and one of our system D

Honestly- have you noticed the last few games that he's taking the body more? I think they are working with him on this. Its his 2nd year and like Jan likes to say defensemen's growth is not linear (except Fox )
- Greschnergy#4

Fox’s growth is not linear. It’s exponential!!

We cant resign Giroux, hes still playing at a very high level and the cost would be more than we can afford.

So, I just just had my car totalled by a guy named Brian Boyle this morning! Not tall enough to be any relation, I think.

Glad you are alright. That happened to me a couple years ago (not by Brian Boyle), my car was paid off and got hit. I was hoping honestly would get totaled (had new car replacement on it so would have made more than any trade in value), but the repairs was like 1k short of getting totaled.

This one is most certainly a write off.
I always by my cars outright. Hoping I get a good $16,000 for it.

Yeah, I think I'm good. Smacked my elbow off the steering wheel and bit of a headache/stiff neck. But, that could be the sinus congestion I'm dealing with. Was actually heading for a Covid test.
