I got my Moderna #3 plus the flu shot on the same day at the beginning of the month. No real side affects except the soreness at the jab sites (one in each arm) and the stiffness in my joints (got this with my prior Moderna jabs) and a little achiness all over (flu jab).
Yet this past couple of weeks I've been a little bit congested with headaches like my sinuses were blocked, although I'm still able to breathe a little bit through my nose. No fever or aches though save for the headaches. Got tested with negative results (COVID-free). Then I started sneezing this past week.
Turns out it's just my allergies acting up. It's been so nice here that there is more pollen still around (I can't believe the flora is getting a jump on spring, because I always thought that had to do with the increasing amount of sunlight, and we're still days away from the solstice).
I'm also allergic to dust and mold, and it might be a little of that around as well, as it's been breezy and this is the time of year we turn the AC off and keep our windows open.
A couple of days of antihistamine tablets and corticosteroid nasal spray and I'm all cleared up and no more headaches. - Bendecko
My allergies have been a poop show since summer. The weekly weather changes this fall/winter has been playing tricks on the allergies and sinuses. We didn’t use to get 60 degrees in December lol
I'd categorize Rubtsov as more injury casuality (broken nose, concussion, shoulder surgery after 14 games his AHL rookie year, another shoulder injury the next year, wrist surgery and a knee sprain) than "bust". But it's semantics. - bmeltzer
Is Allison made of glass? I mean it’s just getting ridiculous at this point. Forget scouts, maybe the Flyers should hire the Mayo Clinic to start evaluating their prospects.

The wild up-down-up-down temp swings over the years used to play havoc with all the parts of my body that had metal implants, but I've become dulled to that pain by now!
EDIT: The consistently warmer temps down here over the past few winters have really helped. We also have a whole mattress heating pad that goes under the sheets during the cool-downs. It's much better than an electric blanket!

That was a pretty bad performance in Montreal. It’s poop like that, that makes me believe that, nothing has or will change even after a coaching change. This isn’t a bad team and this team isn’t void of talent. These guys don’t always go balls out.
