I say this knowing we’re most likely toast as far as this season is concerned but does Covid help this team once again? We most likely get Barzal back after this unless he has lingering symptoms. Unless Pulock has a setback he should be coming back also. Whatever sliver of hope I have left just grew a bit more. This is the best thing that has happened to this team all season.

It certainly can't hurt. It sort of gives them a reset. Gives Barry a chance to watch some game film and maybe shift some things around. Put some fresh eyes on the team. But, who knows. With any luck, they'll come back playing like we expected them to.

All kidding aside I will make this statement. If we actually do make the playoffs(which will be a monumental task)we win the cup. If the team can overcome this deficit they should have more then enough momentum to win it all going into the playoffs. That’s my positive spin for the day so everyone can expect a steady stream of negativity from here on out.
