Maybe, it's early in the week, all you need is two negative tests, right? He could easily test negative by Friday, but since he isn't it's automatically 10 days whether he's negative or not. I don't think they should be testing asymptomatic people, but he knew the rules, he said "(frank) the rules, and (frank) my team while I'm at it".
