I started finding different scenic live streams to run on the TV screen while I had the AV receiver switched to an audio-only source. Not just trains. Usually its live cams, typically nature/critter related. Right now I'm tuned into SiriusXM Christmas music channel. Got tired of the virtual yule log year after year so wintry Christmas scenes help get in the mood, especially since we're sunny and in the 70s down here. The winter train virtual cab view is just a variation on that variation.
