All this talk of fish has made me pull a salmon filet out of the freezer, while you guys are eating turkey, ham, and lasagna I'll be having salmon.

Prime rib roast for me (five ribs). My absolute favourite. I also do a mean roast potato, edges hard enough to cut wood. Grilled asparagus and green beans as the veg.
