In reading this I don’t see Dahlen as a loss. He wasn’t a fit in our top 6 & didn’t or wasn’t going to get a chance. We have the scoring components & just a matter of good or better 3rd wheels to gel lines. Mid 6 potential F’s are more likely available in drafts with hope that they blossom into more. Still is & always will be a need for more RHD with upside for top 4.
The farm hasn’t been good enough & has to get better both developing & in winning.

Dahlen never committed to what it takes to fill his ego. As Don says he’s 1st line on a lousy team. Prolific players are 1st liners not headcases who don’t. He’s a dime a dozen filler at best. Just another winger who doesn’t have enough overall impact.
