Why is it that when I order something from Amazon, shipping is free and I get it within 2 days. However, to get free shipping from fanatics, I need to spend $80 and the free shipping is 10-15 days.

Yup. Selling the merch contract to fanatics was a big mistake. I can put up with the screen printing, poor quality and overpriced products but the shipping costs and fees is ridiculous.

Yup. Everyone wants great service, quick service and inexpensive. Once we get that, it's now a problem.

I've really only had shipping issues with fanatics and barstool. Barstool being the more unpleasant of the two.

Yeah I'm not a fan of Barstool for a bunch of reasons.

And yeah you clearly can't please everybody when you've solved a major problem and people still female dog. A friend of mine in high school told me you can't please everybody so stop trying and he was as spot on then as he would be now
