He’s clearly been hurt for weeks. Instead of shutting him down they ran him out there as a shell of himself. This on the heels of the Hayes and Ellis debacles. It’s a struggle to come up with anything this franchise does well. - PLindbergh31

Oh that’s nice. Yeo took out a vet who has helped stabilized the defense for a guy who doesn’t belong in the league. I hope Yeo becomes our next official head coach…
Giroux probably played center half of his ice time under Vigneault. - MJL
Well he failed to make Bills pregame write ups when listing the lines. For the most part he was on the left wing. This is kinda common knowledge, has been talked about in articles often and whether or not you think he played center was not the question. Life is just far too short…

I’ll agree that this seems insane. If he was hurt that bad man. Sit him or get the surgery. Anyone who knows coots could tell he’s been hurt. People throwing him under the bus are missing the mark imo.
Billy were right ✅ Couts looked hurt all season long - THE EVIL WITHIN
I can’t believe it really. bill who follows the team closely, knows the game and considers all the info for a balanced take Knows more than us. Who knew?
Say what you want about the guy, but he's always looked to raise the level of discourse on here, especially when it comes to CBA and systems/tactics and evaluating a goal beyond simply who was around when it was scored.
Of course, he's not always right, nor is he always cordial, but then again, who on here is? - Tomahawk
Depends if opinion is predicated on watching games and using ones hockey IQ, experience and overall feel of the game. Also helps to see these players in person at least once in a while.
I will say this site has alotta guys (not thinking of anyone in particular) that start out a post with, “I did not see the game last night.” It’s totally cool if you did not see the game and want to chat about it still, but some will do that and then argue with you in circular fashion about a player because of an analytic that was completely irrelevant on that night.
I’m thinking, well I watched the game from my seats and sometimes even watched the replay and I gotta guy arguing with me about a player and the guy did not even watch the damn game. Why bother..

There is definitely something to be said for seeing the game in person. It gives you an elevated perspective. Part of why i put a lot of stock in what bill says. Further, if you r played the game it gives you a different perspective as well.
Whenever I go see them love I’m amazed at how fast the game is at ice level. I find I’m more forgiving of mistakes from players knowing how god damn fast things happen on the ice.

Re: Brown
I didn’t think last night was his best game but in the last 6 games during the current team point streak, Brown is 50.8% on faceoffs with 3 pts +1 on the 4th line and good on the PK. Not bad. - NC Flyers Fan
Agree but he has fell off a cliff. Losing key draws and the puck is like a hot potato

But you didn't belive the injury because he clocked 20 plus every night. And he played like a nutterd mule. Why play a hurt ineffective player so much was a valid point
