I think this core can most certainly make the playoffs. Demko stays hot and healthy and that's all the core you need.

Many teams have missed the playoffs with high paid great players. Not sure what you're getting at there.

I took issue with you giving Benning a pass and Blaming Green for the teams problems. Benning always had to go first. This isn’t a good core. The players tuned out Green so he had to be fired but this is managements mess

As much damage as JB may have done he did get Garland at a great rate Schenn also Demko Pods and JTM . Pearson is looking like a smart signing now that Bert and Ernie are on separate lines.

It is way too early to say but maybe it is not a bad team that he constructed just bad direction when it came to the people steering the ship.

I agree about Petey. I think I will wait for the rest of the year to see what the team has but if Brock and JTM are clicking then Petey is the one I would move. In reality you could bring everyone back but I don't see the point if the goal is to improve.

I was tearing Green apart in the pre-season and you were shooting me down. That was during your Genius narrative.
