The same with Rutherford. You don't walk away from his interviews with more questions than answers.
He also sounds like he finished high school.

Not much to worry about when your team is 17-7-6. Plus K-man is a closet Canuck fan. He just hasn’t come to terms with it.
- bloatedmosquito

I disagree. There's more to worry about at 17-7-6. Canucks have nothing to lose.

This is a strange perspective. That’s like saying a millionaire has much more to worry about than someone who is broke.

Confidence in Canuck management; behind the bench and in the front office. How refreshing.

Huh? Not really. I find this response kinda way out there compared to my original statement.

Everyone wrote the Canucks off already. What do they have to lose? The Flames had a great start and have to worry about every team below them if they want to keep pace.

Good point, a great start to a season is too stressful and should be avoided. You could tell how relaxed our team was before their winning streak.

Agreed they were super calm, stress free, they finally achieve their objective of playing bad enough to get Green fired that there was exuberance, giddiness, laughter. They knew they were better than most in their division, so they are on a 9 game point streak, while the flames are poopting bricks, and the Oilers are a leaking diarrhea mess.

I think the Flames are just fine. I agree on the Oil, they are a steaming pile of poop. Nothing I’d like to see more than them choking and missing the playoffs.

2 games ago? That was an incredible point earned. Team was gassed on a back to back after a very long layoff.

All true but does that mean he wasnt missed? One of their hottest players right now?

It is interesting that no one has noticed Boeser is gone 🤷‍♂️

Not one player spoke up about wishing Green all the luck or the standard, "we liked Green but change is good sometimes" or anything. I just sensed a giant exhale of relief.

Not exactly true. Horvat’s a classy guy and he did the right thing…

Vancouver Canucks captain Bo Horvat said the changes the team made to the leadership group Sunday were difficult to see, but were also necessary to help get them back on track.

“It’s never easy to see people like that go,” Horvat said Monday while thanking departed GM Jim Benning and head coach Travis Green for their roles in his career. “I think our team needed a spark … but at the same time, we have to go out there and prove it now.”
