I would probably put Ceci on par with Poolman. Even then I think I'd trust Poolman to move up and be better against harder competition on a more consistent basis.

I don't think its attitude - he's shown to have that intensity + skill. I think injuty + took it for granted a little / thought it would be easier.....it's not. QH relfected and new he had to be better and he's been amazing this year. EP40 needs to do the same (hoping sooner, but starting next year - or the real questions come)
