That sounds awesome. Have you watched those Chef Steps guys? They do a lot of sous vide. They did fried chicken on the bone using that method.

Nah. Guga is the sous vide GOAT. I actually based mine off his sous vide Popeyes sandwich replication.

I've read before that they are indeed hard to make...or to make them good, anyway. Those look pro.

You can use anything that holds water. Just snag an anova sous vide off Amazon. They are real good for budget friendly stuff. I have one and one of their vacuum sealers
