What’s up with the Flyers and groin injuries - ClaudeFather
They've been kicking the fans in the groin for years -- call it karma.
|
|
|
|
That may be the case but they shouldn't be trading their first in my opinion. - MJL
how many years away are the rangers in your opinion?

I guess the 24 other teams who passed on Pastrnak are absolved. And the teams who didn't pick him after the Flyers and before the Bruins are also absolved.
Im so sick of this hindsight bullpoop.
Same goes for those who are insinuating that the Ducks are some sort of drafting geniuses for picking Troy (frank)ing Terry in the 5th round as if that was their genius plan all along. Where they somehow knew every other team would pass on him 5 times and they are brilliant for making the pick when they did, instead of it being pure (frank)ing luck.
Just stop. - MBFlyerfan
You should be more sick with the team being irrelevant for a decade with no end in sight.

Fell asleep for most of this one, but glad to hear York played well and a lot. I wonder if they give him a longer look here. Can’t hurt if he played 20 mins and well. - Hextall271
nah we gotta make sure Yandle sets his record |

The universe could literally be coming apart at the seams but Yandle would somehow manage to keep the streak going. |

Yandle will literally be the only player on the roster that doesn't get put in Covid protocol

Prosser out of the NHL. Mark Freidman solid depth piece for the playoff bound pens.

The D when Provy is back
Provy Sanheim
York RR
Yandle Braun
knowing that Yandle will not be sat.
Yandle breaks streak, Ellis returns
Provy Ellis
Sanheim RR
York Braun
if York continues to play well.
All that, they miss playoffs by wide margin and trade the whole team, including all the pucks. |

America is a record setter. USA! USA!
https://time.com/6132659/us-record-covid-cases/ - Feanor
Enjoy your lockdowns. Idk where you all live but almost everyone I know lives their life pretty close to normal and it’s fine. People have had covid and gotten over it. Have some compromised people that we take precautions with but this has gone on way too long and the fear mongering is much more frightening than the virus by a landslide. Keep looking at those numbers man. |

Credible or not, still interesting to discuss. But again, Sanheim one doesn’t bother me. It is funny though, Hextall actually was related to Sanheim through a family marriage. Add the fact Patrick was with Wheat Kings, it makes you wonder if Hextall picked guys he was more familiar with over fit. Who knows (and who cares) in the end. It’s all hindsight. - arichardson22
Totally agree about the hindsight part. Patrick was a consensus top-5 guy and many had him #1 overall. I still think there is a lot there and hope that he can find his high level again. Hexy not perfect in his drafting but no one is, though even that simple truth will be disputed on this board. For instance, even Stevey Y drafted BPoint in 3rd round. LeTang was a 3rd round pick and the 2nd defender taken by the pens in that draft. It does look like Hexy got the goalie thing right, however, as we have 4 excellent ones in the system. I hope Chucky can get something good in return for them. His apparent preference for AHLers and other teams' cast-offs does not inspire hope. I love the Nate Prosser comment. He is about the only one missing from the LV crew. |

Good for Carter Hart in his post game comments, stating its a joke that the league is pulling players from the lineup with no symptoms, he is spot on! - jd250
Just because they dont have symptoms doesnt mean they dont have COVID and cant spread it to others. If they have no symptoms and have covid, they are not only going to infect their teammates but the other teams as well which is what has been causing postponed games. Yes games are missed due to false positives but that is better than the alternative of an infected player spreading it across two teams causing more postponed games.

I think it's safe to say that no human being should question why another person hasn't gotten Covid and definitely shouldn't complain about that because they happen to not like a player on a sports team. That's against my character. There is no, or at least there shouldn't be an argument on that matter. Bringing that up is what is actually sad. - MJL
It was not meant to wish bad things on anyone. It was exactly as Joe Nardone pointed out, Yandle has been terrible and if this team had any luck at all, Provey and G wouldn't be the players pulled out of practice. Its like Hart said, players are pulled out of games because they test positive even though they have no symptoms or mild symptoms and its a joke. If anyone was to be pulled out of a game that was asymptomatic, I would hope it would be Yandle, not Hart or any other key player. That is all that was meant by my statement. You are making it out to be this horrible thing because that is how you want to perceive it. |

Rumor has it Yandle eats Omnicron for breakfast every morning. It has given him the necessary antibodies to keep this streak going until Ellis returns. In other words, indefinitely. |

I went to the local bikini bar out here in Michigan yesterday and I got my news from the kind bikini bartender yesterday on how we should approach Covid and the vaccine. Basically when she came inside from her Cigarette break, I was told her body was the healthiest it’s ever been and we don’t need something so dangerous in our bodies, especially if we don’t know what’s in it….her argument was flawless. |
