Well, a few years ago the Rangers sold off a bunch of players for draft picks and look at them now. With the right GM, proper scouting, and good development things could be possible.

Only able to watch the goal highlights but the same thing stands out time after time. How poor this team is in it's structure, positioning and gaps. How easily teams move through the neutral zone. Have wide open passing lanes with player behind the defense Or how often they have coverage gaps with one or more players either not covering anyone or confused about who to cover. This has been going on since last season. It's still not fixed. It's one thing to be outmanned but it's another to play without any semblance of a team game.

I almost want every young talented player to be traded so we can see that it's not their talent or ability that is an issue. The team they play on is an issue. Carter Hart was not good but he was hung out to dry. Put Oskar Lindblom on the Pens and he would be a stud. I could go on and on. This organization is dysfunctional.

Oskar seems to be a guy who has good hockey IQ and positioning and is steady and ..nothing else. Not a great skater, not a fast skater, not a great passer, not a great deker, not with great hands.

Lindblom's hands are underrated. Did you see that goal? Toe drag around the defense and pot the shot off the post. That's a goal scorers goal. Never going to be a big time scorer but has 20 goal scoring ability. Always has. Lindblom's skating is also fine.
