His condo is across a pond from the 18th green. So he can sit on his patio with an unobstructed view of everyone finishing. Condo cost him 680K and he put 150k into it. It's pretty sweet.

Nice…sounds sweet. Our new townhouse was mid 500’s and we’re repainting the entire place, new cupboards, new quartz countertops and backsplash, new flooring, re-doing the fireplace and master en-suite….+ + +….gonna be nice when we’re done.
