I get the sarcasm there, but the Oil do need goaltending ASAP. They have a few Dman on their farm that are upcoming. Fear of missing the playoffs might just make them panic very soon. And they have no cap room to do it.

Koskinen is UFA at the end of the season and can play a backup roll. He just really sucks as an overworked starter. We take take that hit for the rest of the year and get a A1 Dman prospect for it. Plus we save the Halak bonus as well. The Oil get a goalie that can play and a bit of cap space.

They do. I'm hearing dissension there on the process. From a good source. Smith and Koskinen are getting paid so are starting but really Skinner looked good for 2-3 games and why Tippett didn't roll with him was confusing. Smith coming back off injury actually didn't help matters his game clearly looks off. No time to panic.
