Rings trilogy is a masterpiece. The Hobbit trilogy is meh but the extended edition of the 3rd one is really freaking good. I can't believe they cut out so much of the battle for the theatrical version.

I think Campbell was a bit busier than he should have to be. He made a lot of high end saves, but Colorado is a good team so I get it. But it's not like the Leafs dominated, they just buried their chances, which works for me.

I just rewatched Stranger Things the past two days. Love it.

Agreed. And the extended edition makes them that much greater. I didn't care for the Hobbit movies at all really but I did really like the casting of Martin Freeman as Bilbo. I wish they were better movies.

But, I've not watched the extended edition of any of them, so they may be better. I'll look into doing that.

I've run through Stranger Things 3 or 4 times already, but waiting to go again closer to the next Chapter release.

Also, I just got both series extended & in 4K so I've had my fill of middle-earth for now, but goddamn I'm excited for the Amazon Prime series. I have a good feeling about it.

And the extended version of the 3rd Hobbit movie brings little to the plot, but I'm telling you the final battle is wicked cool. It makes up for the rest of the subpar-ness.
