You can find starters anywhere in the draft in football, hockey, not so much.

The earlier you draft the higher the probability of you finding a star player in the NHL, Google is your friend.

Odds are heavily stacked against teams winning a SB without a top 8 defence but teams don’t win Super Bowls ? Tom Brady was the one who picked off Russell Wilson in the end zone to seal a SB win ?

Manning in 2013 threw for 5400 + yards and 55 TD’s and lost to the Legion of Boom that year and Wilson’s 26th ranked passing offence. Obviously because of Wilson and not due to the team.

It’s a losing battle trying to talk anything sports with anyone over the age of 30 so I have nobody to blame but myself.
