It doesn’t matter what I think because the Sabres are awful. And nothing is going to be done about it this year or next in which I assume they are bad again. this is the worst stretch of hockey we have ever seen in the history of the franchise.

Devon Toews was a guy who was moved for two 2nd’s last year and is probably a top 10 D man in the league right now

If the Sabres are truly committed to a data based approach they should be able to swing those types of deals every once in a while (not necessarily getting a top 10 D man but good players that are undervalued)
