The fact the Dead and all of their legion of Deadheads could travel the country having a party for a generation has always struck me as a reason to be a proud American. I don't think they could have happened anywhere else, notwithstanding the fact they may have the most "American" sound of any band in history. To me the Dead has always been the quintessential American band of any genre.

AHL players vs NHL players... I wasn't sure who would win last night.

Have you ever seen them? I've missed them and the Dead. Big regrets on both of those. In my defense I was only 13 when the dead last came to Buffalo with Jerry Garcia, and my mother would not allow it though my 2 older brothers went.

VO is not healthy. It’s very reminiscent of Eichel before he went out for surgery. He does not have any power on his shot, he’s lost a serious step speedWise, lack of confidence. As far as playing him, they don’t have a choice. Biggest issue I see is it’s killing his return value

what return value? VO is a PP specialist. he has played 143 games in the NHL and has 40 goals, 21 on the PP, guys with hard shots are a time a dozen these days with the sticks used.
