I get it ppl say patience but what do you see in his game that is encouraging or will improve?

Watching him closely I’ve seen his stupid twig flub puck handling all over the ice, vision of a Jr player as in easy to read, won’t shoot nearly enough, cannot create space for himself, rarely dangerous, relegated to a pylon in front of net, doesn’t drive the play. Tell me where I’m wrong.

He deserves criticism not patience. His new contract says so he’s not on an ELC still. Miller nade him better after the league adjusted to him. He hasn’t adjusted or improved other aspects of his game.

Ban for life is an over reaction. His conduct flaunting the covid rules is another matter. This isn’t the NFL who suck ballz of stars all in the name of the greenback. Agreed & why is this?

My answer is very simple. Like other stars who improve they find ways to adjust. He has not in any way that is obvious. Imo he has not improved his game & other teams find it’s easy to shut him down. All they do is give him pressure & he is a non threat.

It is no longer a slow start we are halfway through the year. I think they will see how the next half goes and then decide but again it is no longer a slow start. I imagine at some point he will have a good run for a bit but you do have to be open minded to where his value is and how long you let him drag you down.
