I don't buy those tickets because i choose not to go to NFL, not because I can't afford them, and I'm middle class. Im not a Sabre season ticket holder, but most years I spend well over $4,000 on the 15 - 20 games I go to per season (tbh, I stopped at 4 games this sesson and wont go again unless im given a ticket).
You tell us after Saturday how many empty seats there are in the upper bowl. You can buy a ticket right now for $28 for a home playoff game for a team primed to go to the Superbowl....and not because WNYers cant afford to go. - lacaprup
I understand why some people don't go because of the Cold, and sell there tickets. I still don't want to have to spend anymore then I have to. And with games being on TV with no-blackouts does it really matter how many are there for people who don't go. Maybe if they still did blackouts it would matter more. Either way the Pegula's are getting there pockets lined. |

This is true; it's also how the sausage gets made as the saying goes. We live - no joke - in the single most corrupt of 50 states. We've thrown out our last two elected Governors, jailed the leaders of both legislative chambers, and lose more money every year than a dome would cost. The Pegulas can certainly afford the bribes... err... lobbying needed to get NY State to foot more of the bill. Per force, that means NYC pays for it. WNY does not often get a chance to feed at the trough. Oink oink. Don't miss a meal now. |

Sadly, you are correct. Maybe someone at Pegula Sports wakes up and sees the opportunity they're missing, but that's maybe a 5% chance at best. |

Maybe I am more pissed thinking about PSL's and stuff for tickets than the thought of a Dome. It aggravates me because my Family along with a lot of others have had seasons for a long time. Jesus my Grandfather started at the Rockpile and moved along with the new Stadium and when he was to sick to keep going, me and my Brother took them over. |

I get it. I do know a Jets fan who's seasons went from the 30 yard line lower bowl to the upper of MetLife. They dropped the tickets after one season. That stadium is absolute trash btw. Jets and Giants fans hate it. How could they watch a game from SoFi and then look at their pile of poop at the Meadowlands (that cost $1.6 bil) and not be pissed off?
I have to say in NYC defense, both Yankee Stadium and Citi Field are 10 out of 10 to me. I loved both. |

Haven't been to Citi Field, but Yankee Stadium is nice, and surprisingly you can eat for a decent price, a little expensive but not totally out of wack. |

The museum up in the 300 level with all of the autographed balls is amazing. Using the entire Larsen to Berra pitch silhouette as a display case was a great idea.
Citi is one of the most fun parks Ive been to for watching and then spending one inning walking the stadium |

Agreed, 0% hard to play against, And that's not a first round talent issue. Losing has consequences. Go lottery balls!
Az goalie Karel Vejmelka is not getting the tanking message, time to bring in the Sabres medical staff. - madmorrison
I don't know, this Flyers team is pretty damn soft. No fight, no push back, no guts.
But at least they also have no Rick Jeanneret. |

Terry two times might get his wish. |

Offense doesn't seem to be there
But game I was at the surprise was
He was quiet no yapping from bench
Which if I I remember correctly
Was a big part of his game |
