I'd worry more about the new "sight lines" from the new stadium seats, then psl's.

Psl's will probably hold some re sale value.

I think know a couple who bought psl's to the eagles about 5 years ago. It's like a stock certificate to them.
They haven't been to a game in their seats.

Watch him, I would tell any sabres fan to watch him even if its just highlights He is incredible. His positioning, lateral moving, quickness and poise is just amazing.

His intensity is on a Hasek level.

Got a Golden Retriever, he's awesome. Great with the kids. My oldest loves him, and my youngest is deathly afraid of him for absolutely no reason. She'll get there, but he had minor "surgery" to remove a mass in his mouth and my kids cried and cried because they thought they'd never see him again, only to see him later that night. They just laid on the floor with him for 3 hours, just telling him not to leave again.

It would be spread around but not as much as people seem to think it will. In order for that to happen, Buffalo needs to become a destination. It needs something that gets people to come here to visit year-round, and a stadium doesn't do that, whether it's in the city or in Orchard Park.

Sabres have had 2 games that were unbearable to watch. This is non sense. They have been very watchable until covid hit the team.
