The darker they are (fur color more red) the more their fur will lay flat and the smaller they will be (mine's a red fur 50 LB golden)

The lighter they are (fur color more golden/blonde) the poofier they will be and they get big (relatively, buddy has one like this pushing 110)

Both are fast as (frank), great family dogs

It's certainly possible, and probable, that he isn't the next Price. But all you can do is look at the whole picture of him. This isn't the first team he's basically put on his back. He's kind of been doing it his whole career. Will it translate is the question. And he's half of the return.

IMO, the trade allowed Buffalo to take Rosen with the Flyers pick, instead of Wallstadt (still do wish they would have taken him though, I do believe he will be a stud).

Lots of moving parts and trying to draw straight linear lines to things doesn't always work, IMO of course.

There aren't that many golden's where I live in general, it's more of a lab territory due to being excellent hunting dogs (Not that a golden couldn't) so perhaps I've just been programmed to see them my way from the very few that I come across. Very few data points if you will.

I admit it can be a challenge to find a respectable breeder. They require research no doubt. I vetted mine fully, my dog is 6 and is still doing fine. Wood knock.
