Yeah but a lot of 4th line scrubs were scoring forwards in junior. That’s why people laugh when GM’s draft a bottom 6 junior player(unless it’s a guy on a stacked team), you have to be able to be a go-to guy in junior to even become a fringe NHL’er

Personally I've always thought it was apparent in his game since playing for Van that he had more skill than your regular 4th line scrub

fair, he's mostly played with scrubs and usually leads his line in goals so it makes sense
