On the KA to PHO role, I think it needs to be someone tough, a real leader. We should
be blowing up most of the staff soon, and KA does not have the clout to attract the talent we need to get this ship righted.

Actually think they have to if they don't make a move for atleast 1 RD, RD really needs to be looked into we are in bad shape on that side. And don't want to hear well we have this D or that D that could switch. Not every D man can play there offside.

They're putting together a top notch hockey dept (Ventura, analytics dept, etc). They are not blowing it up already.
