And the big question is if the Org will even try to fill those holes if they're planning to tank again next year 🤢.

If we can’t get someone considered to be a “good” Vet goalie, then maybe we just say “screw it, we’ll go with UPL & bring back Anderson & Dell for depth & see what happens”

but that’s not up to JUST us- it’s a 2way street

Yes , i agree. The gm of the football team knew a lot more about josh Allen in detail, more than the billionaire fan/ owner.

Thx for this. It's a great piece on a number of levels including Daboll sh!tting his pants on the plane ride, the GR producer who left after they drafted Allen (can't remember who)and this about T-Pegs and Beaner:

Of course there’s the draft, with four picks in the top40
But one would assume he’s just gonna listen to the scouting dept when it comes to that

Assuming the kids come up, the forwards are essentially set
All he’s really gotta do roster-wise is figure out a Vet goalie & a top4 RD or 2

That’s not really a big “to do” list
And for a rookie GM, that would be a good thing
Plus, the overall direction will likely be guided (at least) by Adams

Briere’s biggest decision might be,
sign or trade Olofsson
And even that will likely have Adams’ fingerprints on it


I guess this is all a long way of saying that it could be a good time to transition Briere into a management role with us

Obviously we need a RH defenseman for next year & going forward
