Too many of those clowns just yell & scream at the camera over each other and don’t really provide much content worth hearing
He’s just a butthurt Cowboys fan, all p!ssy bc they lost - jdfitz77
i haven't laughed that hard in a while...if you don't get it, you missed it and i ain't gonna try and explain...
between steven a. and shannon sharpe, that cowboys loss was a game that launched a thousand memes
Backed off from being 100% in control doesn't mean not involved. I'm not gonna go round and round. Nothing suggests they've changed totally, if you want to infer that they've mildly stepped back fine. - SDSabre
I never said they weren’t involved
I questioned whether or not they were still INTERFERING
That’s a big difference imo
Of course the owners will be involved to some degree

Semantics for the sake of semantics. They are too involved for what so far has been a historic failure. Change how you want to view the wording, I don't care. If you fail, fail, fail, and fail with 4 GMs in a row, it starts to become on you.
This year's Bills team is better and this edition of KC isn't as good as last year's.
And in the most recent encounter, we laid a beating on them earlier this year.
I bill-ieve that JA17 is going to make the Chiefs D look like the weeks 1-5 version, not the version we have seen lately.
Having said that, KC is about the only team left I could see the Bills losing too. Mahomes is really good and all their weapons are healthy.
Here is how I would rank the remaining possible opponents in terms of difficulty for the Bills.
1. KC
2. SF (if Warner and Bosa return from injury)
3. GB (Rodgers could beat anybody)
4. TB (Brady's teams will get favorable calls from the officials)
5. LAR or ARZ
6. Tenn (they are overrated. Easy division. We'll get revenge on them if we meet)
7. Cincy (Burrow and Chase are very good, but the Bills would put up 50 on that D)

Doesn’t mean we aren’t finally moving in the right direction
And it doesn’t mean they are still interfering in a negative way
BOTTOM LINE
Do you, or do you not have any examples of them interfering in a negative way RECENTLY ??

This is just a deflection. They are still "hands on" which was the term used. We won't know if it's a negative way for a while. Are they still pulling the strings? I believe so. You can feel free to not believe so.
If they are the reason the Sabres start winning, I will give them praise. Until then, they have not only not earned the benefit of the doubt, but they have earned a large share of skepticism.

That’s fine, it’s just not necessarily true
And reveling in negativity (AGAIN) just doesn’t make sense

keep it simple:
2022 bills-nemesis exorcism tour:
--pats and 20 yrs. of utterly embarassing frustration--check, W 47-17
--chefs, mahomes and a 2021 afc championship loss--
That’s fine, it’s just not necessarily true

I don't let a hockey team define my moods. This is a message board designed to talk about the current (and past and future) of hockey, specifically the Sabres. Feel free to be an eternal optimist, good for you. I prefer to live in a reality of what I see, and the Buffalo Sabres have hit a new low as far as playoff drought, finished dead last last year, are signaling a bottom 5/3 finish this year. Prospect pool looks nice, and there's some hope there for sure. I call it as a see it, you can call that negative (AGAIN). I call it reality.

I have to point out yet again, the past 2 years is the worst stretch in Sabres history.
This is all time bad in terms of win %, worse than the tank years.
And the plan is to be bad again next year as well, which blows my mind.

something something lose to win...
that said, i don't believe they'll tank next season...will they have struggles as a very young team finding their way?...absolutely, but that's not a tank-thang

This feels more like "losing with dignity" a TML staple than tanking. The Sabres just aren't that talented. But they try hard, and didn't send down UPL when he was playing well even though they could have rolled with tank-esque tendies down the stretch. They are trying to win with the players they have, the players they have just aren't all that great (yet, there's a little positivity). We'll see what happens going forward, hopefully some meaningful games eventually. Tank years saw them ship out any player with a pulse for winning. That was embarrassingly gross, and turns out one player can't save a franchise (McDavid not Eichel have)
