May i ask, what available player are you trading Swayman and Lysell for?
- Mahewman

Honestly haven't thought that far into it yet. To move Swayman the return would have to be great. Lysell is a prospect and unproven but, he is the only other noteworthy prospect in the Bruins pool.

Chychrun is ideal (even though he has been dog poop this year). That is a move to bolster the future. Hes only 23.

I dont think Lysell or Swayman would need to be a part of that. They have a young goaltender already.
You could start with a first, Debrusk(have fun in Arizona Jake), Urho.

Arizona also dangled OEL for what felt like 10 years so the Chychrun trade rumors could be shenanigans.

All things being equal his return should be less than Vladar's There's is 6-7 years worth of recorded underachievement here. The receiving GM should be fired should he give anything of real value for Debrusk.

Blackhawks could be in fire sale mode. Might be worth poking around for Debrincat and Kirby Dach.

I think Debrusk has more value around the league than we think. He certainly has more value than a goalie with NHL back up potential.

Thats probably the starting asking price for Chychrun. Seems many are hot on him. Maybe you try and swing a huge package for Chychrun and Schmaltz? IDK man, I think he is just throwing the idea out there to go all in. Who for? Not sure
- dothedougie

For Chychrun, I'm fine with next year's first rounder (we can't draft worth a damn anyway), Debrusk, Vaak or Cliffton. Heck, although I like him, might even consider Gryz if it gets the deal done.
As for the 2C, Haula is the better choice over Coyle by far but I still don't get why Stud was never given an actual chance to try and fill that role.

It's foolish but I would be happy to see him garner a decent return. Going to be very underwhelming for the next fan base.

I would send him on his way for a 2025 second rounder and sleep like a baby

Coyle might be better at some things but he's also slower, holds the puck too long and is not a great passer. He's also worse at faceoffs. Haula and Coyle have pretty similar stat lines throughout there careers.

That line needs to play fast and move the puck. Haula has been facilitating that.

Vegas made the Stanley Cup with Erik Haula playing where? 2nd line center.

- Mahewman

Come on Coyle does not have that elite offensive talent , that touch so that makes it difficult to cement the 2nd center position. But he is a puck possession strong good skating center. If you are saying because Haula played 2nd line center for a short period that’s where he fits stop it. The guy signed for 2 million as an upgrade 3rd liner. More as a winger. Bruins trying different options because that’s the position their in . Sweeney thought Krejci was coming back. They might be stuck now because it’s hard to get a legit 2nd center.
What I’m saying is its going to be difficult matching with top contenders with Haula. The more pressing need is physical strong big dmen. They might get by with tweeting up front because there is talent that can make up for some shortcomings. But the D has to be addressed. They are not hard or strong enough in their zone. This team needs more real Bruin type players.

Either way in 3 years this team based on the horrible drafting is headed for dark days.

Marchand has never played better
You have Hall
Pasta is playing well now
Tuukka is back
McAvoy is playing well
Bergeron is still here for now

Push the chips in. All you have for prospects to deal is Swayman and Lysell. Trade them, trade your picks and maximize now. This team has no future as currently constituted. At least you can head to Hockey hell going all in rather than the typical Cam Neely led wet fart.

Sorry, but no way I'm including Swayman in any trade deal...

I hate the lack of response. They got the win so you can point to scoreboard but I just hate that Hathaway was barely even hit after that. Not looking for blood, an open ice hit, big hit along boards...do something. He just (frank)ed on your top guy.
