here we didn't get a lot of snow. 1st real snow storm was earlier this week.
but it's cold as (frank).

the problem was obviously not the coach. it rarely is tbh. much easier to fire them than to trade half the team.

oh for sure, basically every coach has an expiration date, at some point the message gets old and teams stop responding or buying into it... not sure if they were expecting a "spark" in Philadelphia, but it seems kinda hard to generate enthusiasm and motivate players if you only fire some guys without bringing in someone new in the picture.
