meh, french are not known for their 1 grape wines, like USA, Chili or Australia. most often these are blends, like cab/merlot.
but here, a few good ones you might like

try Cotes du Rhone, Madiran and Malbec. less cab but more to your liking I think.

I think it's your "catastrophe!" that had me going lol... this season is as bad as you can get for sure, but I think getting the team back on track won't be as long as some are expecting (well, I'd rather naively believe this than consider the depressing AF possibility that they'll finish at the bottom of the standings for another 5 (frank)ing years).

oh I'm not saying his tenure was perfect by all means, just that it wasn't as bad as the majority of the members of the Bergevin hate club are portraying it to be.

I don't think they'll necessarly finish last in the next few years, but I am 100% sure they won't make the playoffs either.
when the NYR went through a rebuild a few years ago, they had 6 or 7 players who were pending UFAs, easy to trade. Habs have 1, Chiarot. all the others have long term contracts. NYR were also able to sign Panarin, not something we should expect in Mtl. and NYR also won the lottery, twice! will Habs be that lucky?
patience will be required.
