Agree & why it’s most important what the 1st big move is & what comes back. |

Not much worth keeping, unless the team wants to be a fringe playoff team.
Miller is a good player and would much rather have him over Pouty, and Brock. - Reubenkincade
To most ppl they see JT fetching the most but moving our best F is risky. I prefer moving Brock & see how it works out. Can always move JT later if needed. |

FA has to ignore PO revenues like it or not. He has to put his trust in the new regime & see where it leads. Running the team with money being priority only hampers what has to be done. PO’s are not taking a back seat it’s the big picture that will pay off. |

Exactly, if you're building leaky condos you don't tear them down you retool on the fly, changing the name of your company also helps. |

Avalanche first in the league with 41 goals from defensemen.
Canucks last in the league with 7 goals from defensemen.
One has to think that will be addressed via draft or trade at some point.
Makar has 17 of those 41 goals what the hell. |

Not sure I see JR/Allvin as that type either(tear down start at ground zero). Time will tell...

They can build around Hughes and Demko but one has to ask, how long before they want out if right after signing contracts the new management strips the team down and says we are looking ahead to a point when your contracts will almost be over... Demko will be in his 30's by then.

It’s really (frank)ing strange. OEL, Myers and Hunt all have decent shots. Hughes should also be able to score. 7 goals is unacceptable |

I always laugh, as they say old school guys need to have an open mind, when it comes to stats, yet the analytic gang won't have a discussion with an open mind.
Pretty childish and entitled, most of the ones I have met or talked to anyways. |

Pointless trying to put Pouty, Nils, Conor, or Brock in front of the net and you shouldn't be wasting Miller or Bo there, so options are Pearson, Podkolzin, Di ckinson, Lamikko, Motte and Highmore
Until some on ice changes happen, this will still be a team that is fun to play against.. |

Read this on another site as an example of trade between Van and Boston... could see this working:
Boston acquiring Miller, Tucker Poolman, and a 2022 third-round-pick and Vancouver getting DeBrusk, Carlo, and a 2022 first-round-pick. |
