Drouin is not what avs need if anything another solid defensive defense man or center that can win face-offs. Maybe a backup goalie due to the Kuemper and frachouz injury history. |

Have heard the JD to Colorado rumors forever . Keep him healthy and it might be solid depending on what they give up for him. Can't see the return being all that high. Draft pick maybe . Would rather see the Avs focus on defense more than forwards.

Yes but Ek explained that Giroux helps right now, but adding Drouin is more of a longer term thing. So a top Cup contender is going to make a deadline deal to add a guy for next season? I thought the priority was targeting MAF or Price. Now Giroux. And Drouin. Might as well get Chiarot too, since there apparently isn't a salary cap anymore. |
