They say it is weirdly harder with all that time rather than a quick reaction in the moment...but still. Oh well...spilt milk |

Pop Tartt is also a good nickname. He's been a 49 for six or seven years now and I'm still not 100% sure on the proper way to pronounce his first name |

Has this been the craziest NFL playoffs? It feels like it as an outsider. |

Hard to complain about the quality of games, especially the last two weeks. Arguably the best divisional and conference championship weekends ever. Winning would have been better but the games were great |

The Rams are like the Leafs 1A to me so I can't get behind them but their team is better in almost every possible way except QB. Stafford almost choked away the game last night and it is his MO (and his wife has serious Angela like vibes) so every part of me wants to watch them fail.
Long and short go Bengals and I imagine they are where the initial betting value will lie |

The problem is that I don't think they can move any of these long term contracts, aside from maybe Toffoli (who is a guy I would keep around). I read yesterday about Hughes saying that he could move Petry if he wants to leave and they find him a destination. Who in their right mind would acquire him right now? - stinger67
Well lets find somebody not in their right mind ?
in all seriousness guy had had three 40 pts season before this oen where all goes wrong, for everybody. I dont think its impossible with salary retained |

assuming Petry is healthy, there would be no shortage of teams lining up for him. you don't have to retain salary.
there's no question he threw in the towel early on. but so did just about everyone on this team. he's a proven performer who can play 25 minutes in any type of defensive role and a reasonable cap hit.
a competent GM is not passing judgment on Petry's current performance.

I'm not a fan of his but I've grown to begrudgingly respect the man. 22 seasons. 3 MVPs. 10 Superbowl appearances with 7 wins. Nearly every career record worth having for a QB. We'll never see anything like it. I love Jagr and consider what Brady's done to be way more impressive |

Although François Gagnon confirmed Petry asked for a trade I'm not so sure GM's are lining up for him especially not if they've sent scouts to watch him recently. Nevermind the whole Monty debacle in which he had a front row seat, his whole game right now is one giveaway after another. If I'm another GM, to even be considering him I would need some of his cap hit off the table.

As a guy who wears a lot of plain tees and jeans, it surprised me to find out how much money in licensing these supermodels make in clothing let alone makeup and perfume and other poop like that. It's crazy. And when he retires she'll still be making bank.
Not where I got the original point from but I googled and from today:

Kinda liked The Bucs of Waren Sapp, the Lions of Sanders…
Then we really liked Drew Brees with the saint…
Then LDT with the Chiefs, ya know cause he from here and the nicest guy ever
So ya know, I like Football but its 4th on my list behind Hockey, baseball and yes I know : Tennis (played a great deal of it), so no favorite team |

I don't get people trying to announce it for him. He's earned the right to say it himself. Part of me thinks he still thinks he can come back and win again next year and history says he isn't crazy so he hasn't 100% decided. Either that or he wants the last of his spotlight pro sports moments |
