Garland yes, Miller no. If this team is another couple of years away, keeping Miller is a hindrance to us.

Strike when the irons hot.
Miller better now is much better than as a rental.

As IMac quotes JR capped out and chasing the PO’s like others here said isn’t good. In the hunt is ok but we are not there yet.

Still see a retool for more depth & prospects needs to come. Cap space is obvious.

Assistant coaches do not operate independently, sorry they just don’t, not in my experiences anyways. I can guarantee with 100% certainty that Boudreau came in and said this is how we’re going to play.
- LeftCoaster

Okay so if Boudreau did magically teach Shaw everything he knows in one night then he failed miserably teaching Jason King how to run a PP.

He may have said we are going to play a more upbeat game but these are not his systems. Shaw is now bringing his old Columbus style and Jason King is still bringing his old Canucks style.

A game like this is where Canucks could use a face puncher.

Game plan. That's how teams are scouting the Canucks. Not a surprise but always a disappointment.

I hope we trade Miller and free up some cap space so if a player like Miller comes available we can afford him .

Another stat Sabres are dead last in. Jesus Christ, what an embarrassment. Can they even be considered a professional hockey team anymore?
