As a guy who actually went to the effort of making a uniform for teams in Madden and NHL back in the day, I can say without debate and only using the stock logos that I came up with better names and uniforms as a teenager

The 49ers tried to switch to a maroon/wine in the late 90's/early 2000's and it was like "why in the (frank) did you mess with perfection?". Glad they course corrected...probably made a ton of merch money too

played in chicago. twice. 2nd time he played 4 games and then they disappeared him. supposedly felll down some stairs and that was it.

i get coming out with alternative looks but ffs, when you have a great look, keep it. people will always buys the gear.

i don't even mind when the niners go to their all whites. but then, i always liked the all white look if the trim colors pop. theirs do

Yeah their dress whites remind me of the 93/94 team which is like pure nostalgia and sports joy to me but I agree not all colour schemes work with the whites
