The wait and see attitude makes sense to me though, the team was clearly better than they played under Benning and Green, new management has to take some time to figure out how good they actually are before they can decide on what changes to make. Sample size is still pretty small.

Time will tell. The love-in with Boudreau has hit a blip and the same it will be with Rutherford. He don't have no Crosby/Malkin/Letang to work with here. Gonna get interesting once Rutherford and Allvin start to wheel and deal.

I honestly have no idea what direction management is leaning towards but if they in fact do move Miller and Garland then I really think they should go all in for a year to get Bedard or the Russian kid.


I was playing around on Cap Friendly the other day and did a complete cleansing . It was drastic but it is really hard not to come up with a better result .
