My cousin's daughter has Treacher Collins syndrome, so you won't find somebody more sympathetic to his condition.

However, Jeremy's mother has been trying to exploit her son, making money on his back since his birth, and now that he's an adult she is still trying to do it.
Add to that the fact that she is crazy conspiracy theorist...
