It wasn’t..apparently ROC didnt submit all of its test results on time and after an hour long delay they decided to go ahead and play the game but with masks. And during warm up a Canadian player Emily Clark was pulled from the game. I really hope Covid wont derail that tournament…MPP is nit getting any younger dont want her to miss out on another gold medal possibility

Apparently, the game was almost cancelled because the Chinese refused to let the Canadian team see the results of the Russian Covid tests.

It wasn’t..apparently ROC didnt submit all of its test results on time and after an hour long delay they decided to go ahead and play the game but with masks. I think it mentions in the article you're referring to that it was Russia that would not release the test results of their players, not China. this is still kind of surprising though, considering how strict China seems to be, you would think they would demand that any athletes that are competing to divulge this information.

More or less because I really don't use social media... Not a "they're tracking me!", More of a, "I can't be bothered....". There's(sadly, no joke) more people here I'd rather share/communicate with than real life... Mostly because I'm an introvert, and the internet is an impersonal way out...
