The obviously didn't take notes from the Tampa Bay Lightning
I just think they're just trying to show their new shiny toy and I think that is the wrong idea to win a cup at this point when there's a loophole - gerbe75pts
Agreed there, it isn't like they need him to get home ice in the first round at least. I don't really know performance wise who's a good fit to go either. Reilly Smith wears a letter, Theodore is playing 23 mins a night...Dadanov? I believe the figure was 4.3M they need to lose.

If they Sabres come even close to meaningful games in the next 5 years then maybe the Pegula scouting report will have merit...until then, Vegas a top 5 team with a top 5 center who wants to play is willing to make the moves to compete night in and night out.
There are smarter people in the Vegas room than in the Buffalo room, they will find a way.

He could still have a “setback” in the coming days of practice....

csn 28 times
neil young 32 times
crosby in cpr 2 times
stills solo 2 times
crosby/nash 2 times
csny 2 times
only band I have seen more is forms of the dead
csn was perhaps the best touring band from 88-93 but now they did not pass the test of time
nash solo is good, same for crosby
neil is on his own planet - homiedclown
I will admit a certain level of jealousy. I've seen Neil, just not everybody and I'm not surprised to hear they were fantastic together. Youtube doesn't do anything real justice. Had to be a treat.

Lots of players i love in the late 20's Gaucher could be a awesome Couturier clone all around great player or like you said a dan paille but with more goals imo . - gerbe75pts
with all due respect Gerbs the chance of finding a guy in the late 20s to be an impact top 6 player is like 3%.
Hell the chance of a late first round guy even making the NHL is about 40%
