Eichel is better than Briere ever was, the organization is not a Briere away from being competitive let alone using 2 roster spots to make up for 1 player, hoping for late round draft picks while your current plan is failing is par for the course for Pegula with the Sabres.

Like it or not, some Sabres management might not like to hear it but they absolutely suck and couldn’t sell out the harbor center for an NHL game.

Well they have a pretty decent top 4 D and stellar goaltending. Depending on where we finish and draft Jiricek or Nemec might be the best option.
