Because I’m a beacon of class and integrity I’m obligated to point out that stud Joel Armia has just 1 goal and 5 points in 32 games this year

Adams is going to take a "deep dive" into the strength and conditioning program.

"To me, you really have to take the emotion out of it," Adams told The Buffalo News after practice Tuesday. "You have to say, 'OK, what exactly is going on? Where have the injuries occurred? How have they occurred?' Are there answers to these questions that we could have said, 'It could be preventable if certain things were done.'? Those are the type of questions that I ask".

For those that think he's just ignoring it.
