It was a three meat mixture with Jalapeno blended in. Medium to medium rare. Home made chipotle dressing for the bun and the pineapple spear was perfectly grilled had that beautiful char flavor to it. Bun lightly toasted with Jack cheese. Shredded iceberg lettuce with fresh jumbo pickle and tomato. Had to take half the veggies off just to eat it. haven't had a better burger...yet. The pineapple with that small amount of acidity really complimented the meat. Going back in May but may need top move it to Aug-Sept now due to some family stuff. can't wait to get back. Plus betting the Ponies...
