I’m still on Vinny. I’ll get to Ray later (who I met and had a great conversation about our kids while they played together in a yaletown park).

So explain why he’s not a good candidate! He’s got a ton of NHL experience, he’s a Stanley Cup Champion, he’s seemingly intelligent….what’s not to like?

Most ignorant people mute anything that doesn’t fit their narrative because they don’t want to hear anything outside of their opinion. To think that some Wi-Fi modem installer thinks he’s more intelligent, regarding NHL workings, than a guy with 20+ years of playing experience and 10+ years of insider experience

It is a joke. Whats next, he knows more than you aboit hot dogs?!

D not named Al Arbour cannot GM nor coach. Tallon did leave a nice legacy for the sexist/rape regime.

So are you but that doesn’t equate to the 100’s of guys that aren’t who’ve played at the NHL level. Lowe wasn’t a moron he just had poor ideals because he was stuck in past behaviour. He thought he could recreate the past, he had no idea how to build around high picks. His execution was poor.

Youre not. Except for on hot dogs, i will bow to your knowledge of the weiner. I would chalk it up to your NHL experience being 90% of the reason i think you are not even close. The rest is you having a bit of an uncle Rico from Napoleon vibe. Im sure you could shoot a puck over those mountains back in '86 bud.

The very first thing Hab fans and media ask when the team hires someone new is “do they speak French?” Not what management qualifications they have or what their vision for the team is. It’s all about culture. Wrong approach imo.

Nobody has questioned his experience on the ice. What experience does he have off ice in hockey administration? Or any business administration for that matter?

Who cares what the fans and media ask, the facts are he’s a successful experienced NHL person with good people skills, what’s not to like?

So if Granato is hired because of her scouting who are some of her top acquisitions ? I know she may be one of the greatest female players ever but does that make her a great scout? I look at Seattle scouting and YIKES.

So you don't think the forwards should be hitting in the offensive zone?
- Reubenkincade

I think they should have the puck on their stick, having no need to hit.

I don’t like his lack of experience. What experience does he have off ice in hockey administration? Or any business administration for that matter?

For seven years we’ve listened to you complain about JBs inability to be a good GM. One of the major reasons why he was a poor choice was his lack of experience in that role. Saying that, JB did have years of successful apprenticeship in hockey admin. Yet his inexperience caught up to him.

Anyway, you’re obviously a fan of his (flyer connection) and you refuse to answer a simple question about his resume. So let’s agree to disagree.

I have some concerns about her hiring. I have yet to see any of her education or any of her work. I am sure some who criticized my wanting Jen Botterill, will be disliking this hire even more so, but it doesn't appear that way, not sure why.
