i believe i will take them up on this offer!

It can get dangerous. Sometimes I don't want $30 worth of Wendy's but I do want to save the $20 so I guess I'll eat 15 junior bacon cheeseburgers...what could go wrong?

So is the Vinny thing not happening?

Have the Habs been once again screwed over in getting their #1 C?

Pace it out over the 15 hours you are awake in a day, assuming you take a mid afternoon nap and get 8 hours of sleep.

You'll be fine.

Fast food has like a 20 minute shelf life max. Sometimes it's like being on hallucinagenic drugs, you gotta just accept it and go with it, whatever happens

They now make them as a double, to which I say, about (frank)ing time. Spicy chicken sandwiches or wraps can get it too

Not disagreeing but I'm not sure the solution to it being less dangerous is to re-fry (even air frying) fast food...but after double digit drinks and a bong toke or twelve I'd probably do some serious damage

some guys like Petry might not like St-Louis very much He says in his press conference he will be demanding physically and mentally. Petry is doomed

And every guy on the roster knows he'll be gone in a few months and can easily choose to tune him out and wait for a trade (like Petry clearly is) if they'd like

Disagree.

Petry had mentally checked out under DD and his frustrations were apparent.

The last few years, Petry has been a physical presence and Beena big part of the offence.

The 3 players I see benefitting the most from MSL are Petry, Suzuki and CC.

High five. It was a game changer for me when they finally brought in vanilla. I heard they did strawberry in your neck of the woods too

well Petry needs a good wake up call, hopefully something will change, because he isn't making it easy to trade him...

doubtful, I think they needed a new voice. I refuse to be negative about this, let's give him a chance, the guy is highly respected around the league. Those who refuse to work with him will be gone quickly...still a month and a half before the TDL.

a few of my buddies used to have this ritual where any time there was going to be a snow or ice storm, or any kind of weather related state of emergency, we would just show up at our friend paul's apartment to party through the whole thing. after a while we didn't even coordinate, we just showed up there because we each knew that was where to go. we called it boarding up the windows (not sure why we called it that). anyway, one thing i remember about it is that we'd go to mcdonalds and buy all the cheeseburgers they had ready and we'd just throw them all in the oven on low and go grab one whenever we got hungry. you'd look in the oven and there would just be a pile of like 20 cheeseburgers.

well, is it interim or not? if not, why not have signed him to a 3 year deal?

Or...let's look at the situation honestly and not through tinted glasses while refusing to be negative. Ignoring things because you don't want to acknowledge them is a poor strategy.

Might MSL get some guys to stop feeling sorry for themselves and play better? Sure. But human nature tends to be that people are self serving so if they haven't been achieving to this point and they know the guy cracking the whip has no long term power, it isn't hard to imagine guys choosing to tune him out rather than run through walls for a lost cause.

This hiring is the living embodiment of throwing poop at the wall and hoping it sticks. I don't care because it's only for the rest of the season to captain a sinking ship but I'm not going to pretend to ignore the obvious problems that may come with that short interim term
