He has his warts and is overpaid but he plays Sutter hockey. Him and Gudbranson = 13’, 560lbs of 3rd pairing defence.
Leaf fans in shambles, calling for a 5 min major. He also apparently broke Brodies nose when he slammed him to the ice after a scrum broke out in front of Markstrom.

And they can't understand why they are so disliked. Delusional, pompous and if You disagree with the status quo, banned.

What will your narrative be if they hold onto Miller for another year plus, miss the playoffs this season then trade him at the 2023 TDL and get less than impressive return?

ASL just keeps swinging and missing. I have a full crew of female Zamboni drivers and have been told we have the best ice in a 200 mile radius but hey...it's about gender...

I don't give a (frank), hire monkeys, when has Aquilini ever hired the right person. I hope these women change this team for the good finally because this has been a rolling disaster for 50+ years.

Well now you are making sense. I just want this club to win a cup. Legit. Don't give a sh!t how they get there but the right to question the process is paramount. TBH I'm more concerned about Rutherford than any of the other hires...

We've had some great times here. 80's vs NYI then '94 and 2011. It will happen again but will we have the resolve to get it done is the question?

Man I can't remember the bottle you recommended but I bought a $50 of French Bordeaux a few months back and it was outstanding. Doing Malibu Chicken this Sunday for Super Bowl with the Fam...any recommendations?

White Rhône: Coundrieu, Hermitage Blanc for expensive, US or Australian Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne blends (sometimes labeled VRM). From the US Paso Robles has a lot of “Rhône Rangers” making great wines, I especially like Tablas Creek, but there are tons.

I really don't know who they've hired other than Rutherford and BB, I just read page after page of complaining it's getting really boring, but that's what Canuck fans do. I'm not even watching the games anymore, last game I turned off when it was 3-0 and the game before that was on but muted for the whole game I couldn't tell you who we were playing or if we won or lost. I blame Aquilini for my complete apathy.

I am looking forward to tomorrow mornings 6 Nations games Wales vs Scotland and Ireland vs France, that`s going to make my week.

Why is it about the woman? What about the group collectively? Why won't people look at this as a management group instead of 3 woman?

You I guess...

Imagine the uproar if they hire a female zamboni driver. It doesn't matter who they hire this team isn't winning a cup.

Should I go ask if the Leafs want schenn... again.
- manvanfan

No, I don't think so, Leafs Blog:

"Vancouver fans think Shenn is pretty good because they’re idiots. We would probably hate his play. He’s a fringe nhl’er."

Same as Sedins . Let's first of all drop the crap about a mans game. This is hockey and all I am asking for is one example of her management skills .

Mathew Bernier was gifted to Seattle so I don't credit her for that .

If I was to give her one accolade it would have been for Jared McCann but the rest of the roster is pretty sh1t.

Why a team chooses Cale Fluery over Carey Price who was a Conn Smythe candidate a few days before is mind boggling.

- VANTEL

She's there for a different opinion on the skills she values for players. Thats it pretty simple. Then the talk as a group and make a decision. Not sure what the problem is. Sedins opinion is great as well. Who gives a darn about the title. Getting different eyes on it and hopefully the management team can make the right choice.

I think some people want confidence in the eyes. Time will tell if this collection of eyes is going to pull it off. At present moment, outside of the 75ish year old who is going to be overseeing a group of management rookies, there is a huge lack of management experience and they don't give me a warm feeling of confidence yet.

Before these hirings it was agreed on by most that this club needs to hire a more experienced group this time round.... then the all changed and now its about different "eyes". I don't understand why a more experienced group couldn't give a collection of looks and opinions as well and probably do a better job. Lots of time to see I guess...

I think the old group didn't work at all. I think the new group may or may not work. All I hope is that they have a vision and execute it. Don't just go with the wind. It may work it may not but please just pick a path and go down it for 3 plus years and give us a shot at achieving something. If it doesn't work or show signs we can try something else.

Rookie Allvin 16yrs in the league how much more makes him experienced? Retread GM instead?

AGM team has differing skill sets vs old school 1 AGM does all. Specialization is fine & see where it leads.

👍🏻 (frank) the old boys club. Loving the new direction. It may not work but (frank) it. This org has been a train wreck for 50 years so it’s time to try something new

What does Allvin have in common with benning other than a scouting background? He is apparently really sharp
