It's sort of allowed. But if i do it it's cause i'm new (code for administration not wanting work) and need to work on my classroom management. But if the 20 year teacher who has the same issue with the same kid, they ring the sirens and immediate reaction and action is taken.

prolly have to deal with irate parents if their little (frank)faces get detention. FFS, the last people we told if we got detention was our parents in HS. back then they didn't contact your parents for every little thing.

Kid doesn't take notes, doesn't study or do the work. They fail the test....

we called that CCD in my house.

(frank). at one time CCD was on wednesday afternoons. those of us who went to public school got out early and then went to our local parish to be tormented by angry nuns.

as a kid you just couldn't wait for 6th grade to make your confirmation and be done with it.

but nooo.. the (frank)ers moved CCD to saturday mornings every other week for 3 damn hours and made us public schoolers have to wait until 8th grade to make our confirmations. i was not happy.
