Being bilingual in Ontario does tend to jack your pay by 15-20% in fields like that though... |

Silly question but you calling it a weak draft is based on what exactly? Media and draft people are constantly calling it a deep draft (I can produce many references if needed) so I'm curious what makes you suggest otherwise? - Takemedrunkimhome
because people complain and cry no matter what ?
(frank)ing annoying |

15-20%, is that in the private sector? I did have a bonus when I worked in Ottawa but it wasn't anything close to that. |

I just find it amusing how everybody who doesn't watch any of these 17 year olds knows how deep or shallow a draft is...but in this case specifically I've read from numerous people who work in the prospect field it's a deep draft so I figured I'd challenge the assertion in the least Richardish way possible |

Yeah...saves a lot of effort and allows you access to Quebec without being in Quebec. Hell even the banks pay more for it just to say they have it (French is an official language in Ontario too for whatever ass backwards reason) |

exactly, that's the main thing people need to focus on, salary is not as high as the private sector but you get some job security and a great pension plan |

not that I want to get in the language debate again, but French and English are both Canada's official languages...

Value from your job often comes in different forms of compensation but unfortunately most just see their take home pay every two weeks |
