I must say it’s much less stressful watching games when you’re indifferent about winning. I hate to lose but I’m kinda feeling like I want a complete meltdown so Lou is compelled to move anyone he feels doesn’t fit the future.

Awful inexcusable goal by Sorokin. He had no need to cheat off his post like that.

Perhaps the most condemning thing about this team is how disengaged they've been throughout this season. It appears to be effecting Sorokin lately too. These guys have totally lost their confidence and intensity

No doubt much less fun. What’s disappointing is I think we finally had some cap room to make a few tweaks to the lineup this year. Feel like they wasted a great opportunity. Hopefully Lou makes wise moves to improve this off-season.

We'll see what happens at the deadline and the off season.

One of the most disappointing things to me has been Sorokin. Certainly the whole team deserves blame so far. They have all under preformed. I had hoped Sorokin would stepped up and he really hasn't.

He hasn't looked anywhere close to the player we hoped he would be.

He did early on but his last 7-8 starts have been mediocre at best. Through the first quarter of the season he was fantastic. Unfortunately Varly has been equally bad, which doesn't appear to be a coincidence.

Agreed, some soft goals for sure and not getting that timely key save he gave the team early in the season.

Yes, but even then he let in some questionable goals.

I'm not putting this on him, or saying he's a bust. There is a lot of blame to go around.

I don’t know where the disconnect is but the had a almost two weeks off early January with games in hand and pissed it all away. All while teams like Boston and Washington were mediocre. I get they were dealt bad hands with 13 game road trip and covid/injury BS but they still had a shot to put it together and failed.

Yeah, he did. But he had like a .935 sv pctg going at one point. That's dropped all the way to .919 now (same as last year). There's just so much going wrong in every level. I honestly can't say anyine has olayed up to their potential this year.
As I said a few days ago, this is a complete organization failure, from the front office, to the bench and most especially on the ice.

Even when they won a couple early on, they just never looked like the smothering team of the last two years. They're slow and lackluster.

We need him to get back to the level he was in the beginning of the year.
